At Rizzi Property, hospitality runs deep in our story.

Starting in hotels from a young age, our founders worked for many years in hotels, both in the local area and around the UK. Gaining many qualifications in both hospitality and catering, and achieving Leisure and Tourism and Leadership certifications our Directors have more than 40 years experience in both the UK and overseas. One of our Directors went on to establish an award-winning wedding and events company right here in Suffolk, so it’s truly a passion for this couple.

This passion for exceptional service took us to France, where we proudly owned and managed a holiday complex, sleeping up to 18 people and created an open-air restaurant in the French countryside, achieving an outstanding 9.6 rating on Booking.com — proof of our commitment to memorable stays and guest satisfaction.

Now back on the Suffolk coast, we're working to bring that same level of care, comfort, and professionalism to serviced accommodation for those visiting the East Suffolk area — offering workers, visitors, and holidaymakers a welcoming, homely place to stay while they explore everything our beautiful local area has to offer.
