We work hard to find cosy, comfortable and inspiring places to stay whether you’re here for the weekend to getaway from it all, or whether you need accommodation in the area and want more than just a box hotel room.
With this insight and a genuine care for guest experiences, we are working with local property owners to provide sought after accommodation in East Suffolk area.
Our recent guests have loved the location of our property known as Vale Farm Barns, with ample green space, exposed beams and modern furnishings, we can even offer the whole complex on an exclusive basis and pets are very welcome to stay too!

We’re just people with a passion for serviced accommodation and are happy to talk through any current or future needs you may have and how we can help.
East Suffolk has some exciting developments in progress and it’s often difficult to find accommodation that is both comfortable, convienent and can house several team members together whilst maintaining personal space. Our largest Barn, Vancouver, can comfortably sleep teams of 5 people in individual bedrooms or up to 10 people sharing, and offers huge interior spaces for dining and relaxing and even accommodate remote working spaces if needed. It’s rare to find an accommodation that offers such flexibility at a price that is affordable. Larger teams can be accommodated across all 3 barns, where we can accommodate up to 20 people. Private off road, parking, relaxation areas and green spaces to get out and about, compliment this substantial property.
